Fraudulent Hijacking Caller Unidentified
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)_ Federal authorities have yet to identify the caller who phoned in a bogus hijacking threat that grounded an American Airlines flight Thursday at San Francisco International Airport.
Passengers aboard American Airlines Flight No. 24 sat in their seats for hours while airport police and other authorities investigated the claim.
Authorities determined that the threat was not credible.
