AMERICAN CANYON, Calif. (KCBS) _ It took firefighters about an hour and a half to contain a 30-acre grassfire in American Canyon Wednesday afternoon.
More than 100 firefighters responded to the brush that was burning behind a neighborhood near American Canyon Road.
No homes in the area were evacuated, although the fire was considered “very active” when it started.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
