Bay Area Executives Feeling Nervous About The Economy

The latest business confidence survey shows Bay Area CEO’s and executives are still nervous about what lies ahead “There’s a lot of uncertainty in the economy,” said Jim Wunderman, the president of the Bay Area Council, which authored the survey.

KCBS Mike Colgan Reporting:

Wunderman said while CEO’s are nervous they also expressed optimism.

“Our index is in positive territory, which is good because last year it lived in negative territory,” Wunderman said.

Only 14 percent of the CEO’s said they planned to decrease their workforce.
