South San Francisco Man Arrested In Disabled Girlfriend Pimping

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) - A 27-year-old South San Francisco man was arrested and charged this week for dependent adult abuse, spousal abuse, pimping, and pandering, police said.

Nicholas Geranios turned himself in to police at about 6 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

He was wanted for parole violation in addition to a $150,000 arrest warrant issued by a judge, police said.

Geranios is being held at a San Francisco County jail on a no-bail warrant. Police said he was charged by the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office.

He was arrested for allegedly advertising his 21-year-old mentally disabled girlfriend on various websites and getting money from people who had sex with her, according to police.
