Tech Report: Tablet Computers Running On Windows

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) -- Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said that consumers can expect to see a tablet PC running Windows on store shelves before Christmas.

KCBS Technology Analyst Larry Magid explains why this process has taken so long and said he is not sure if it all the kinks are worked out with Windows 7.
