Flu Vaccination (AP)
(KCBS) - A physician with the Contra Costa County Health Services – and part-time musician – has come up with a unique way to tell health care workers of the importance of getting a flu shot.
Dr. Alan Siegel and his band recorded a novel version of a Robert Palmer’s classic “Bad Case of Lovin’ You,” re-purposed with a familiar message: get a flu shot before symptoms start to appear.
Studies show only about half of all health care workers get a flu shot.
