NEW YORK (CBS/AP) – NBC says that “30 Rock” star Tina Fey is paying a return visit to “Saturday Night Live” for a prime-time special showcasing some of its funniest ladies.

Along with vintage clips from the comedy sketch show, the special will include original material featuring Fey and other “SNL” alumnae including Ana Gasteyer, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Laraine Newman, current cast member Kristen Wiig and “Parks and Recreation” star Amy Poehler, who hosted this year’s season premiere.
Titled “The Women of ‘SNL,’” the two-hour special is scheduled to air on NBC on Nov. 1.
