Phil Matier: GOP Candidate Takes Lead In East Bay Race

(KCBS) - The race for the East Bay's 11th Congressional District is heating up.

A new CBS 5 poll shows Republican David Harmer has taken the lead over incumbent Jerry McNerney.

KCBS and Chronicle Insider Phil Matier says the race could go either way as support in the district seems to have shifted.
