Raiders Gradkowski Sits Out Practice With Shoulder Injury
ALAMEDA (AP) -- Oakland Raiders quarterback Bruce Gradkowski sat out practice with an injured right shoulder that could sideline him for this week's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Coach Tom Cable said Wednesday he should have a better idea about Gradkowski's status on Thursday. Gradkowski was knocked out of last week's win over San Diego after taking a hard hit from Shaun Phillips.
Jason Campbell came in and led the Raiders to a 35-27 victory. Campbell says he is practicing this week as if he's the starter even though Gradkowski could get the nod if he is healthy.
