ATM Stolen From Lobby Of San Pablo Hospital
SAN PABLO (AP) -- Police are asking for help in finding an automated teller machine that was stolen from the lobby of a San Pablo hospital.
San Pablo police Detective Sgt. Dave Lewellyn told the Contra Costa Times that employees of Doctors Medical Center called police on the morning of Oct. 5 to report the ATM had disappeared during the night.
Police reviewed surveillance video footage and saw the thieves enter with a dolly or handcart through a door on the north end of the lobby of the hospital and later go out the same door with the ATM.
It's not clear how much money was taken.
