Los Altos Man Charged With Commiting Lewd Acts On A Child

LOS ALTOS (BCN) - A Los Altos man suspected of committing lewd acts upon a child is being held on $1 million bail at Santa Clara County Jail, police said Friday.

John Keith Wilson, 40, was arrested Tuesday after an anonymous tip spawned an investigation that led detectives to Wilson.

Detectives served search warrants at Wilson's home in the 900 block of North San Antonio Road in Los Altos and at another home in the Calaveras County community of Arnold.

Wilson was arrested without incident at the Los Altos Police Department after he was interviewed by police.

The district attorney's office filed six felony counts of lewd acts upon a child under the age of 14 against Wilson.
