Pedestrian Killed On I-80 In Vallejo
VALLEJO (BCN) - A man who wandered onto Interstate Highway 80 in Vallejo Sunday morning was struck and killed, a CHP officer said.
A pedestrian was reported standing near the roadway and walking onto lanes at about 6:15 a.m., CHP Officer Anderson said. He was apparently struck by a vehicle and killed.
Further information was not immediately available.
The Solano County coroner's office was called to the scene.
A Sig-alert was issued at 6:41 a.m. and cancelled at 7:52 a.m.
