Narsai David Cookbook Review: Keys To Good Cooking

(KCBS) - KCBS Food and Wine Editor Narsai David reviews "Keys to Good Cooking: A Guide to Making the Best of Foods and Recipes" by San Francisco Food Writer, Harold McGee.

McGee is also the author of "On Food and Cooking." Narsai describes McGee as a magician who is able to put all of his scientific knowledge into basic, down-to-earth understandable language. "His book is the most important reference book in my library," Narsai exclaims.
