What the heck was she doing out riding at 1:15 in the morning? Coming home from a bar(?) Hope she wasn’t drunk. Night riding is dangerous enough sober. Sad.

She never drank. She was riding home to her family

Some people can be incredibly insensative (TED)!! A girl lost her life and she was an amazing person. Just because she was riding late doesn’t mean she was drunk you insensative fool! Take your head out of your a@@ and show a little compassion for her family and friends!

I was glad to hear that news. Still a very sad story. Sorry if I offended anyone. I’ll be more careful from now on. I’m a long-time rider too. I just don’t ride at night much anymore. Too many crazies out there in cars.

It’s really refreshing to see civilized comments and discussion here. Whatever the cause of the accident, condolences to the rider’s family & friends – riding late does not = riding badly. I hope it was all accidental and the Camry driver wasn’t drunk/idiotic either. Be careful out there, especially in this weather!
