Man Arrested For Attempted Murder In South San Francisco

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) - The South San Francisco Police Department arrested one person Thursday on suspicion of attempted murder after they responded to a domestic dispute, police reported Sunday.

Officers were called to a domestic disturbance on the 700 block of Hill Avenue in South San Francisco just after 4:30 p.m. Thursday, police said.

They were told that the suspect, 36-year-old San Francisco man Reginald Hall, had forced his way into the home where the dispute took place and choked the victim, police said.

The victim sustained neck injuries in the choking attack and had to be transported to a local hospital, police said.

Hall, an energy specialist, was found in San Francisco and arrested at 6:48 p.m. Thursday, police said. With an additional outstanding warrant for probation violation against him, Hall was booked into the San Mateo County jail that evening, police said.
