Man Injured In Oakland Shooting

OAKLAND (BCN) - A man was wounded in a shooting in Oakland on Sunday evening, police said.

Officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 6500 block of Eastlawn Street at around 5:40 p.m., according to Oakland police.

Arriving officers found one shooting victim who was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.

Police are searching for multiple suspects that might have been gunmen, police said.

No one has been taken into custody.
