Man Pulled From Under Train Near Oakland Jack London Square

OAKLAND (BCN) – Oakland firefighters rescued a man who was trapped under a train near Jack London Square Wednesday morning, a fire dispatcher said.

A call came in at 3:46 a.m. reporting a man pinned under a train at Broadway and Embarcadero West, which is four blocks from the Amtrak California Oakland Jack London station, the dispatcher said.

Information about the man’s condition or how he became lodged under the train was not yet available.
