The city needs to install security cameras around the housing projects. Every Starbucks is full of video cameras. You can’t order a Creme caramel Latte in a shopping center without being video taped. Why can’t the City of Oakland catch up to speed. Its the Tax payer that foots the emergency room bills of the shooting victimes and pays for the food and lodiging of the criminal after being sent to prison.
