Narsai David Review: Jovial Pasta

(KCBS) – KCBS Food and Wine Editor Narsai David reviews a new product made from the most ancient species of wheat. Jovial Pasta is the first ever einkorn pasta and is also certified organic. The texture is marvelous and it’s really delicious and made from the whole grain. Jovial also makes a gluten-free rice pasta in many shapes. But rice pasta must be cooked very carefully – be cautious not to overcook it.

    Jovial did a fantastic job on this einkorn pasta – probably the best whole grain pasta out there. That’s not just our opinion but we see it from all of our readers as well. It’s absolutely not gluten free but it has a different type of gluten, which makes it more tolerable to sufferers of gluten intolerance, according to some who have tried it. thanks for your review.
