Narsai David Review: Jovial Pasta

(KCBS) - KCBS Food and Wine Editor Narsai David reviews a new product made from the most ancient species of wheat. Jovial Pasta is the first ever einkorn pasta and is also certified organic. The texture is marvelous and it's really delicious and made from the whole grain. Jovial also makes a gluten-free rice pasta in many shapes. But rice pasta must be cooked very carefully - be cautious not to overcook it.
