Eminem, Cee Lo Green Confirmed As 2011 Grammy Performers

The 2011 Grammy performers have been announced! Superstars <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Cee+Lo+Green" target="_blank">Cee Lo Green</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Eminem" target="_blank">Eminem</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Miranda+Lambert" target="_blank">Miranda Lambert</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Katy+Perry" target="_blank">Katy Perry</a> and the band <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Arcade+Fire" target="_blank">Arcade Fire</a> have just been confirmed by the Grammy Awards.

Eminem is no stranger to the Grammy stage.  His collaboration with <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Elton+John" target="_blank">Elton John</a> on "Stan" in 2001 is legendary. His performance of "Forever" with <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Drake+" target="_blank">Drake </a>and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Lil+Wayne" target="_blank">Lil Wayne</a> in 2010 was amazing. This year Eminem plans to rock the crowd, while  racking up trophies. The ultimate rapper has a whopping 10 nominations.   He and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Rihanna+" target="_blank">Rihanna </a>are up  for Song of the Year, Best Rap Song, Best Rap/Sung Collab, Best Short  Form Video for their hit "Love The Way You Lie."  He and his album <em>Recovery</em> are up for Album of the Year and Best Rap Album.

Eminem and fellow nominees <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/B.o.B." target="_blank">B.o.B.</a> and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Hayley+Williams" target="_blank">Hayley Williams</a> are poised to win Best Pop Collab With Vocals  for "Airplanes, Part  II."  Finally, the giant could bring home Best Rap Solo Performance, and  Best Rap Song for his solo "Not Afraid."

Relative newcomer Cee Lo Green is up for several awards for his song  commonly referred to as "Forget You."  Green and his team are up for  Record of the Year,  Song of the Year, Best Short Form Music Video and  Best Urban Performance for the heavily edited song.  Watch this great  behind the scenes (and safe for work) interview with Green at the recent  Nominations Concert.
