KCBS In Depth: Smoking In The U.S.

(KCBS) – Cigarette smoking continues to become less and less fashionable in the United States and California as a whole.

Stanton Glantz is a professor in the Department of Medicine and director for the Center for Tobacco Control Research and Education at UCSF and a leading researcher and author on the tobacco industry.

Glantz said new research on the topic continues to flood in and he looks at the future of the industry as a whole.
