Christina Aguilera Arrested For Public Intoxication

WEST HOLLYWOOD (CBS) - It hasn't been a good year so far for Christina Aguilera. First "Burlesque." Then the National Anthem flub and a stumble at the Grammys.

Now, Aguilera, 30, and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler, 25, were arrested in West Hollywood early Tuesday morning

TMZ reports Rutler was pinched for driving under the influence and Aguilera, a passenger in the car, was arrested for public intoxication, a misdemeanor.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department said Rutler's bail was set at $30,000, according to TMZ.* Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Aguilera was extremely intoxicated and "unable to take care of herself."

*At a press conference, a law enforcement official said the amount of was $5000, not $30,000.
