Among the people Sheen follows are "Rambo" and "Rocky" star Sylvester Stallone; film director Brett Ratner ("Rush Hour," "X-Men: The Last Stand"); Will Arnett (Gob from "Arrested Development"); Minka Kelly, Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive; comedian Sarah Silverman; Paul Scheer of Human Giant; San Francisco Giants pitcher Brian Wilson; Howard Stern; and, of course, porn star Bree Olsen.

And who's following Sheen but hasn't had the favor returned? Anthony Bourdain, actor and director Jon Favreau, actor and comedian Michael Ian Black, comedian Todd Barry and a little more than 1.25 million people.

Even people who don't follow Sheen are getting in on the action. On March 1, Steve Martin tweeted, "BREAKING NEWS: Charlie Sheen and John Galliano to date. Gibson irked."

And as far as winning goes, Sheen can add Guinness World Record holder to his list of accomplishments. He won "Fastest Time to Reach 1 Million Followers," according to Guinness, reports Mashable. Sheen joined San Francisco based, Twitter on March 1 and 25 hours and 17 minutes later had the record.

Guinness didn't have a previous record holder. That means Sheen's a double winner on Twitter: An award was created and then he WON it. #Tigerblood.
