SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – A man died when a big-rig struck a tree and overturned on a connector ramp from southbound Interstate Highway 880 to southbound Interstate Highway 238 in San Leandro Friday morning, authorities said.

The big-rig struck a tree and jack-knifed on the ramp at about 9:20 a.m., California Highway Patrol Officer Kevin Bartlett said.
