Livermore Sex Offender Arrested On Lewd Conduct Charges
LIVERMORE (CBS SF) - Livermore police arrested a registered sex offender suspected of engaging in unlawful sexual conduct with an 11-year-old girl, police said.
Thomas Clark, 46, allegedly committed lewd acts with the girl during two separate incidents on April 21st and 22nd, according to police.
Clark was booked into Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.
