Union City Police Search For At-Risk Woman Gone Missing

UNION CITY (CBS SF) -- Union City police are searching for an at-risk missing woman, police said.

Mindy Malkin, 49, was reported missing by her husband on Thursday. She takes medication on a daily basis and is not believed to be in possession of the medication.

Malkin last contacted her husband, Neil Malkin, in late March or early April, according to police.

Her car was discovered and towed from a location in San Mateo on Tuesday. Nothing appeared suspicious or out of the ordinary when the car was towed, police said.

Malkin is described as a white woman, 5 feet 2 inches tall, with green eyes and long black hair.

Anyone with information regarding Malkin's whereabouts is urged to call police at (510) 471-1365.
