4 Arrested In Santa Rosa Alcohol Decoy Operation
SANTA ROSA (CBS 5) -- Officers arrested four people in Santa Rosa Friday for supplying minors with alcohol during an underage decoy operation, police said.
A minor approached 18 people at three businesses and asked them to purchase alcohol. Four people agreed and supplied alcohol to the minor.
The four who agreed were arrested and later released with a citation, police said.
The operation was funded by a grant from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
