Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Young Girls In Gilroy

GILROY (CBS SF) -- A San Jose man was arrested in Gilroy on Saturday after he allegedly exposed himself to three young girls at a lemonade stand, police said Monday.

The incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. in the 400 block of Lewis Street.

Police said a man approached three underage girls at the lemonade stand, asked to buy lemonade, and then exposed himself to them before leaving in his car.

Witnesses gave responding officers a description of the man and they located 39-year-old Jose Franco, who matched the description, in a car nearby, police said.

Franco was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, possession of marijuana, and driving with a suspended license.
