By Narsai David

(KCBS) – KCBS Food and Wine Editor Narsai David reviews a beautiful new cookbook from the Culinary Institute of America called “Cooking For One” by Mark and Lisa Erickson.

This book divides the year into seasons giving you an idea of what to expect. The food not only looks delicious in the pictures but it’s so sensibly designed using ingredients you can find anywhere. Here are recipes that make sense and that really work. One example is the Asian pork patties with lettuce wraps. And you can easily make this a dinner for two.
