Shooting Victim Found Dead In Richmond

RICHMOND (CBS SF) – A man in his 50s was shot to death in Richmond Monday morning, Richmond police Lt. Bisa French said.

Police received at call about 9:50 a.m. from a man who lived in a trailer in the 1800 block of Virginia Avenue who reported finding a gunshot victim in the area.

Police found the victim and determined he had been shot at least once, French said.

As of Friday, investigators hadn’t found any witnesses to the shooting and didn’t have any suspect information, French said.
