Police Investigating Triple Murder In Richmond
RICHMOND (CBS) -- Three people were killed in shooting in a Richmond apartment Saturday afternoon.
Police received a 911 call reporting a shooting at974 Triangle Circle in the Triangle Court public housing development just before 4:30 p.m., said Capt. Mark Gagan.
Three men were found dead inside, including the apartment's resident Michael Anderson, 36, and Dante Deloney, 19, of Oakland. A third man was also found dead in the apartment, but his identity has not yet been released, Gagan said.
Gagan said the motive for the shooting remains under investigation, but there appeared to have been an exchange of gunfire.
One person who was found in the home was taken in for questioning, but is considered a person of interest rather than a suspect at this point, Gagan said.
