Oakland Police Search For Suspect In Shooting That Injured Two

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Police are searching for a suspect who shot a man and woman in Oakland on Saturday night, a police officer said.

Officers responded to 88th Avenue and A Street and found two
victims suffering from gunshot wounds at about 10 p.m., Oakland police Officer J. Moore said.

The woman was taken to a hospital, but the man refused medical
assistance, Moore said. Both were in stable condition, he said.

The victims were able to identify the shooter, who is still at-large and believed to be armed, Moore said. The suspect's name has not been released.

No further information was immediately available.
