Condition Of Candlestick Violence Victims Improving
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - Two of three men who were injured in weekend violence at SanFrancsico's Candlestick Park remained hospitalized Monday but their conditions have improved, a hospital spokeswoman said.
The men were all taken to San Francisco General Hospital after two suffered gunshot wounds and the third was beaten unconscious during and after Saturday night's preseason football game between the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers.

The beating victim is a 26-year-old San Rafael man who was assaulted and knocked unconscious in an upper-level restroom between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital is now in fair condition, San Francisco General Hospital spokeswoman Rachael Kagan said Monday morning.
A 25-year-old man who was injured in a shooting outside the park is also in fair condition.
Both had injuries that were initially considered life-threatening.
The second shooting victim, a man in his 20s, suffered less serious wounds and Kagan said he is not at the hospital Monday.
Police are treating the two shootings as separate incidents.
Investigators are seeking a person of interest in connection with one of the shootings.
He is described as a Pacific Islander man between 25 and 30 years old, between 6 foot 3 inches and 6 foot 5 inches tall, and weighing 225 to 260 pounds. He had a goatee and long curly hair tied up in a ponytail, and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
"Our entire organization is hopeful for the recovery of the victims from (Saturday) night's violence," the 49ers said in a statement released Sunday. "The 49ers' primary concern has always been, and will continue to be, provided a safe and enjoyable environment for our fans on game day."
The National Football League also released a statement.
"We deplore the activities of a handful of fans at (Saturday) night's game between the 49ers and the Raiders," the NFL said. "We pledge our full support to Mayors Lee and Quan and to state and local law enforcement agencies."
San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee and Oakland Mayor Jean Quan issued a joint statement Sunday condemning the violence.
"Fans come to our stadiums to enjoy an afternoon of football, not to be subjected to intimidation or violence. These games are family events and the types of images we witnessed last night have no place in our arenas," the statement said.

Coach Jim Harbaugh of the 49ers said he was saddened by the news that fans had become violent at Saturday's game during a conference call with reporters Sunday. "I feel for those people who were injured," Harbaugh said.
He said he was not aware of the violence happening in the stands and outside the stadium during the game.
The 49ers next home game is Saturday against the Houston Texans at 5 p.m.
