San Anselmo Woman Arrested For Chasing Boyfriend With Knife

SAN ANSELMO (CBS SF) -- A woman was arrested for allegedly chasing her boyfriend around their San Anselmo apartment with a butcher knife Friday night, police said Saturday.

A 911 call came into the Police Department at about 7:40 p.m. Friday from a resident in the 100 block of Sycamore Avenue and someone could be heard in the background saying, "Stop throwing knives," police said.

Officers arrived at the home and talked to the couple. The man and woman told police they had an argument that got out of hand.

Irina Dmitriva was booked into Marin County Jail.
