SAN LEANDRO (CBS SF) – A juvenile boy was arrested Thursday afternoon in San Leandro after a high school security official found a loaded gun in his backpack, police said.

San Leandro High School campus security was called at 7:41 a.m. to the 13400 block of Bancroft Avenue, where some students were reportedly smoking marijuana at a bus stop near the school.

Note to self, all the students at San Leandro High are carrying weapons. Seems like Oaktown has slid farther east.
