ANAHEIM (CBS / AP) — Logan Couture scored two of San Jose’s six consecutive goals in the final two periods, and Thomas Greiss made 19 saves in the Sharks’ 6-1 preseason victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday night.

Andrew Murray and Sean Sullivan scored third-period power-play goals for the Sharks, who also got goals from Jason Demers and Tommy Wingels. Ryane Clowe and Justin Braun both had two assists.

Newcomer Andrew Gordon scored Anaheim’s only goal late in the first period. Reigning NHL MVP Corey Perry made his preseason debut along with linemates Bobby Ryan and captain Ryan Getzlaf.

Jeff Deslauriers made 12 saves for the Ducks before Iiro Tarkki gave up four goals on 14 shots.
