Man Stabbed To Death In San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) — A 22-year-old man was stabbed to death in San Jose early Sunday morning, possibly after a fight, police said.

Police were called to the area of Almaden Avenue and Union Street shortly after 1:30 a.m. on a report of a fight, Sgt. Jason Dwyer said.

While responding to that call, a second call came in reporting a man calling for help on the 200 block of West Virginia Street.

Officers responded to the second location to find a man unconscious on the sidewalk with at least one stab wound.

The man was transported to Valley Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries at 2:33 a.m.

Police have no suspects in the stabbing and have not yet determined a motive. They believe the first report of a fight is related to the stabbing.

The stabbing is San Jose’s 37th murder of 2011.

San Jose is beginning to become a dangerous place!

I am so glad that San Jose cut out some of their police force. What I don’t get, is how San Jose cuts the police force, yet the Guadalupe Trails Project, for example, is still going strong. With priorities like this, we will see San Jose die a slow painful death.

All this tells me is that we should rally behind death sentence for gang affiliation. Try being brave and flashing colors when you are marked for death.
