Comedian, Patrice O'Neal Suffers A Stroke

(CBS SF/TMZ) - Comedy superstar Patrice O'Neal, 41, who recently performed at the "Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen," suffered a stroke last week... this according to his friends on the "Opie and Anthony Show."

O'Neal's pal Jim Norton made the announcement on the air adding, "We wanted it to come from us...we don't know how he is. We don't know how he's going to be."

Norton added, "I didn't want to do this by myself. I wish we had more news for you."

O'Neal is scheduled to perform his stand-up at Tommy T's in Pleasanton on December 15-17. No word yet if he is to cancel his show.
