Oakland Fire Crews Mop Up After 1-Alarm Fire

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Oakland fire crews have controlled a one-alarm structure fire that broke out Saturday morning, a dispatcher said.

Firefighters responded to the fire at 2828 Filbert St. at 6:02 a.m., according to the dispatcher, who said the fire was declared under control at 6:52 a.m.

No injuries were reported.

As of 8:30 a.m., firefighters were still on the scene mopping up hot spots, the dispatcher said.
