Gunman Shoots At Barking Dog In SF's Bernal Heights
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - Police are seeking a suspect who shot at a dog that barked at him in San Francisco's Bernal Heights neighborhood early Thursday morning.
The shooting was reported about 1:10 a.m. between Putnam and Nevada streets.
The victim was walking his pit bull when the dog began barking at the suspect, who then fired several shots it, according to police. Neither the dog nor its owner was struck by the gunfire.
The suspect fled on foot and had not been found as of Thursday morning.
