3 Hurt In 3 Separate Oakland Shootings, No Arrests

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Three were injured in three separate shootings in East Oakland between Saturday night and early Sunday morning, police said.

Saturday evening around 7 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting in the 2200 block of East 15th Street.

One victim was driven to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. The victim is in stable condition.

Police were searching for two armed suspects in that shooting.

Two shootings early Sunday morning happened around 2 a.m.

Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3000 block of High Street at 1:56 a.m.

Police responded to another shooting only minutes later, at 2:07 a.m. near the corner of Fairfax and Bancroft avenues.

One was injured in each of those shootings, and the victims transported themselves to local hospitals. They are both in stable condition.
