BERKELEY (CBS / AP) -- Justin Cobbs scored a career-high 28 points, leading California to an 86-83 victory over Oregon on Thursday night.

Harper Kamp added 20 points for the Golden Bears (21-6, 11-3), while David Kravish scored 13 as Cal remained tied at the top of the Pac-12 with Washington, which beat Arizona State Thursday.

Devoe Joseph scored a career-high 33 points for Oregon. Carlos Emory scored 11 and Olu Ashaolu had 10 points for the Ducks (18-8, 9-5).

Cal trailed most of the second half, but beat the Ducks for the ninth straight time, its longest winning streak in series history. The Bears improved to 10-1 in their past 11 home games against Oregon, which hasn't won at Berkeley since Feb. 9, 2008.
