Sunday's victim was shot in the 700 block of Adeline Street at about 5 p.m. No arrests have been made in that case.

Early Monday morning, a man was shot while sitting in a car in the 1200 block of Webster Street at about 1:25 a.m.

The shots were fired by someone in a passing vehicle. The victim's injuries were minor and he drove himself to a hospital, police said.

KCBS' Bob Melrose Reports:

In a separate incident late Sunday night, police shot and wounded a robbery suspect.

In that case, an officer spotted a car believed to have been involved in a robbery that had just occurred.

The officer tried to pull the car over at 11:43 p.m. in the 2000 block of 62nd Avenue.

A passenger in the car got out and ran, and the officer ran after him, according to police.

Police said the officer realized the suspect had a gun and shot at him, wounding him. The suspect was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition.

The driver also fled, and remains at large.

Anyone with information on any of the crimes is asked to call the Police Department's Major Crimes Section at (510) 238-3821.
