SoCal Man’s Arm Broken In Del Taco Toilet Scuffle

MONTEBELLO (CBS/AP) – A man’s arm has been broken during a scuffle over a toilet at a Southern California fast-food restaurant.

Montebello police Sgt. Julio Calleros says a 62-year-old homeless man was in a Del Taco restroom early Tuesday when a 64-year-old customer tried to enter.

The sergeant says Kenny Sakamoto kicked the customer several times, breaking his arm.

The San Gabriel Valley Tribune says the customer, a Los Angeles resident, was taken to a hospital.

Sakamoto was arrested and booked for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon. He remains jailed with bail set at $30,000.
