OAKLAND (CBS SF) – A 13-year-old girl was among three overnight shooting victims in Oakland.

Police found the girl at another location in Oakland, but determined that she had been shot in the 2200 block of East 12th Street at around 1 a.m. Monday.

Her injuries were not life-threatening and she was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Last night, two victims suffered injuries that were not life-threatening in a double shooting on High Street.

Police responded to the shooting in the 2200 block of High Street at 10:47 p.m.

The two victims were transported to a local hospital and are in stable condition.

Police have not identified any suspects in either shooting and no arrests have been made.

    You know there’s a scary and serious problem when Oakland youths are getting shot and / or killed every day, and the mayor & police chief are busy with, other stuff…

    I’d like to know what a 13 year old kid is doing out a 1 a.m on a school night? I see that all the time and i just don’t get it.

      Yes, that’s it. Blame the victim. You sound like OPD and the Oakland City Council.

    There’s no way I would be out on the streets at 1 am when I was 13.My parents would have never allowed it. “Parents” being the key word here.
