SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – A man was shot in the hip in an apparent road rage attack in San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood on Wednesday morning, police said.

The shooting was reported at 9:05 a.m. near Evans Avenue and Jennings Street.

The 21-year-old victim and another person were in a car that was followed by another vehicle described as a dark Mitsubishi, according to police.

The driver of the Mitsubishi pulled up next to the victim’s car and a passenger opened fire, striking the victim in the hip, police said.

The Mitsubishi then drove off and the driver and passenger remained at large.

The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, police said.

Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to call the Police Department’s anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or send a tip by text message to TIP411.

Ain’t going to happen in Kalifornia,,,but when ordinary normal people start shooting back at these a-holes they are going to start thinking back. Otherwise, if you live in SF, or the rest of Kalifornia for that matter, live (or die) and deal with it. Things will only get worse until people are given the right to defend themselves in this loony state.
