Large Tree Crashes Into Fairfax Home

FAIRFAX (CBS SF) — A large tree crashed into a house in Fairfax on Tuesday night, a Ross Valley Fire Department dispatcher said.

The crash occurred around 7 p.m. in the 300 block of Cascade Drive.

The downed tree caused significant damage to the home and no residents were injured, the dispatcher said.

Fire officials said power lines were involved in the crash and PG&E was responding.

    So, the tree was at fault then? This tree was driving erratically down the road when it suddenly lost control and CRASHED into the house that was minding its own business. Seriously, the writing at CBS5 has plummeted quite noticeably in the past few months. How about “Large Tree Falls on Fairfax Home.” Says the same thing.
