We look at plans to build a mass-transit system in the Bay Area… going all the way back to the early 20th Century. We also screen archival footage from the day BART rolled into service in 1972. We also take an express train to the “future”—to take a peek at brand new BART cars and stations being built in the South Bay.

There is nothing by a link to the BART Home Web page, which has nothing to state about new cars or new stations …… please KCBS …… update this story to provide “proper news content” …… otherwise ….. what is the reason for this story?????

  2. Pat says:

Great story, but I could only listen to the first 3 minutes and last 4 minutes. I was stuck on a conference call. Where’s the REPLAY button for this great piece on BART!!!

I live outside the Bay Area but would love to see this segment. Is there a way to buy the DVD?
