Man Arrested After Allegedly Being Found Masturbating In Petaluma Car

PETALUMA (CBS SF) - A man was arrested on suspicion of lewd conduct in Petaluma on Wednesday after allegedly being caught masturbating in his car, police said.

Police said the man, whom they identified as Omar Rojas Landin, 18, of Occidental, was parked in front of the ATMs at the Bank of America in the Plaza North Shopping Center, police said.

At around 9:30 p.m., police received a call from someone who thought the car looked suspicious. When an officer approached the vehicle, he found Landin allegedly masturbating while watching pornography on his cellphone, according to police.

Landin was arrested on suspicion of committing a lewd act in public and was later released.
